The problem is the single disc clutch in 700R4 TC's wil not take that kind of abuse. It will probably burn up very quickly.

It all depends on the cost of the parts (and quality) and the shop labor. Could be anywhere from $500-$1500. My Pro-Built cost about $1400 but it's the best you can get.

It should be fine, anybody can build a TH350. Why not a 700R4? Pro-Built 700's hold over 500hp plus you'd have overdrive and TCC for gas mileage.
