Yes you could. But obviously it would look a bit weird with the mismatched headlights. I have a picture mid installation where the only lights installed are just the low beams and they worked fine.

So checked the pin out and got what the info needed with a slight catch. The power coming in, is only 8 volts. This is with key on engine off. So clearly a problem.

All harness grounds are grounded to the rear of the cast iron cylinder heads. Ground strap from firewall is grounded to the cylinder head as well.
