I just went C5 corvette 320mm setup. That was super easy to do. The GTO calipers are nice, but the way they mount is so whack.
The rear tho, i went mr2 calipers with ve discs, again needed...

The steel to make those headers not including the flanges or the o2 bungs (he already had those) was about 800ish.
That was 2m straight pipe which isnt bad, 2 x 4into1 collectors, and 6 donuts....

Also like my headers, these are built to route like the factory system, tho if you wanted you could run twin down alongside the trans but there isnt much room for us and keeping height clearance....

abs beep i think you can get rid of by getting a ****ed pump, unbolt the good electrics from it, then plug it in and pull the fuse i think.

The BCM is a standard GTO unit, I dont have a pin out for it, but i got a few things to check to see what i can get from it. It does control my windows but only the drivers window to do the auto one...

I've got a diff to suit abs, so that isnt the issue, issue is the fronts.

The vy dash i just used a 4th gen fuel tank, sender matches commodore dash.

Just google 7 inch Steering Rack and 7 inch CTO Steering Rack.

Not certain how accurate this is, but i've read on one site that ford taurus steering rack has 7 inches of travel. This isn't a CTO rack either. You would have to check one out and measure i suspect.

Just from a quick search, have a look at Dodge Intepid CTO Steering Rack. Reports from a few sites list the 96 and newer rack to have 6.995" of total travel. It may be a nice solution for a cheap...

From what i gathered on info during my time testing some racks, was the factory setup was 7 inches total travel from lock to lock (control arm stops).

The closest cheap rack i have found anywhere...
