Well it seems when the tcc is locked up if i give it gas the trans starts to slip the whole car vibrates and rpms go up but speed doesnt. Does this sound like a bum torque converter?

Where do you buy this heavy duty s10 v6 torque converter? I looked at advance auto but the only converter they have is the exact same one they recommend for my firebird.

Yeah I pulled the pin out. It turns out the bearing broke into pieces and were welded to the spindle. So I ended up replacing the whole spindle.

Yeah well the largest socket i have is 24mm and its bigger than that. I was just wanted to know so i dont have to go buy a bunch of sockets i dont need.
