Wouldn't it also be irresponsible of the dogs owner, or any livestock owner for that matter to let the animal roam free and be a safety hazard to drivers? Fact is not everyone reacts to an animal...

I agree with the statement "just because it's loud doesn't mean it's fast" I notice that around my area it's "cool" to have louda** trucks. The exhaust on my car needed to be moved to make it easier...

Yes, VERY lucky. At my court date I was told to get a Mo. license and proper plates and insurance for my car. And come back. I don't remember exactly how much I was fined but I ended up with < a $400...

I might get flamed for saying this but... After seeing the lights in my rear view mirror and pretty much knowing they were for me I actually waited for the trooper on the over pass after the off...
