It only took 1 turn of the key to build up 45 PSI of pressure. Then it slowly goes down about 1 pound a minute. I do not have the runners and plenum on yet cause I want to get this straightened out...

I could almost guarantee that there is a 160 degree thermostat in there. My guage read very low when I had one in mine. Probably was put there because of the chip.
