If it is, my state owes me a few years worth of fines I suppose, even though it wouldn't be hurting anyone except for myself. I haven't had crash bars or sway bars on my daily driver in about 5...

Seeking guidance on rewiring my car (body harness)

I'm just now getting back into this project full force after a very long time.
Car has essentially been stored since 2008.

Harness was total junk. Lots of repairs throughout it, tangled in black...

Re: Need to confirm amount of door hinge bolts

Thank you!

Any chance at all you'd be able to match the eBay guys? They do $20 shipped for both sides, 12 bolts. Although I'm just missing the 8 from the body. Lower hinges still bolted to...

Re: Need to confirm amount of door hinge bolts

Yeah, I see now that it's most likely 6 total per door, 3 on body, 3 on door. Hopefully someone will confirm with a picture though. If not I'll just go for it and order them blindly. Thank you.

Need to confirm amount of door hinge bolts

Obviously the lower is only one. My upper on my '86 Iroc has threads into the body for 3 upper hinge bolts, totaling 8. I see sets of 6 bolts on eBay, etc. I pulled the doors off 5 years ago, and...

Re: Douchebag civic driver

Try actually racing one sometime. You won't be as gung ho when you lose eventually. I've lost to two 4 cylinder cars so far. An SR20DET 240sx, and a 2012 Subaru WRX. I've ran into one naturally...

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication

Wow......

89' = 89 feet.

'89 = 1989.

I was just using a little bit of sarcasm, since you incorrectly abbreviated 1989. It's just a pet peeve of mine, since I see it all over this forum. None...

Re: lets see some pics of your custom mods and/or fabrication

Third gens are nowhere near that long. The '88-'90s come in at 192", which would be 16' even.

Re: BMW E36 Headlight Conversion

Oh the irony. Figured I'd dig up this post. 570 days after, I ended up buying an E36 325i, 5 speed manual, 2.5 I6, sedan, optional M3 limited slip diff, just a Magnaflow muffler as far as mods. Runs...

Re: Fastest you've gone

Might've been a bone stock 5.0 auto. Take into account that's a slightly newer 4.6 with some bolt ons, tune, 3.73s, 6 speed, etc. A win's a win either way though.

The OP created this thread in 2009, and has not been on the site since then, in 2009. So, something tells me he's not paying attention anyway.
