As far as bolting it in it will fit no problems. But you will need to swap over the wiring and ECM since your old 305 has a carb on it and the 350 has TPI.

After further investigation only one hole does not line up. So if three of the four bolt up then I am not going to worrie about the forth one.

The bolts for the bracket are at the bottom of the head on the passenger side. I put red circles in about the location.

Thanks thats a good idea. Yes the bolts on the block still line up. I would like to chuck it as its big and bulky. But I still need the AC pump.

Has anyone used the ProForm roller rockers? I was looking at the Comp ones but notice I could save a lot with the ProForm ones. They are listed to work with the center mount valve covers as well.

Well mine is not 82-87. And unless you are trying to push over 300 ponys then 1.5" primaries will work just fine. In which I am not. I am thinking that they are talking about ones with the duel...

I agree $2500 isw high for a 87 350TPI. I just got a 91 L98 350 TPI from a corvette for around $1600 for everything. Check a place called F-Parts on E-bay. They are good to deal with.
