Yea sounds like ecm, i had the same problem, turn the key to accessory and see if you hear the fuel pump prime. You should hear an hum for a few seconds. If it doesnt prime, id check out a new ECM

Ok 89 350 TBI... Changed the fuel filer, pump, injectors, pump relay, injector relay, and pressure regulator. I just cant get this thing to start without carb cleaner. And im running out of money...
