Right now the weather forecast is showing a 30% chance of rain for Saturday. If it rains on Saturday, the rain date will be the following day (Sunday December 16th) at the same times.

There is still a 50% chance that it won't rain. I'm good witht that. Last minute changes will certainly cut attendance by (I suspect) 50%.

are we still going to come if it's sightly raining? It would be almost two hour dive for me and longer for some others. I think on saturday at 7:00 am there should be a decision made if we are keeping the time or moving to sunday.

I say if the forecast is still 50% on friday, we move it to sunday where the forecast is sunny.

The forecast on Fox at the moment is Dry with 0% chance of rain but cloudy with temps in the upper 50's. Forecast changes all the time. It may be raining in one part of Houston and dry in another.

We have seen this before. Every time there is talk of a "rain out" half the people don't ever show up and it turns out to be a sunny day. Unless there are big patches of red, right over the park, on that radar Saturday, I'll be there.

Yeah i would say keep it on Saturday, its at least a 4 hour drive for me and it was a b#@$% getting this saturday off from work.

There shouldnt be any problems at all, it looks like the weather will be nice. Us Houston guys arent scared of rain so I think we will have full attendance.

Every year there is rain in the forecast, and every year we don't get rained out. We scrape by every time. It is the luck of the thirdgen gathering. I will be there if the forecast says 100% rain.

Whats the big deal about rain I wont melt if i get a little wet. I can see if its raining like crazy all day long but some sprinkling here and there would be fine but like evryone else is saying ill be there even if raining. But if it gets moved to sunday I will not be able to make it.

I have Hoosier drag radials on my car and if there is ANY water on the road they are very dangerous. They are basically a slick with two lines running around the circumfrences.

The meet will be at Pavillion #1 as i've read. The directions for me to get there was to take I-10 to Highway 6 and go north. Take a right on Clay Rd. and then another right on Bear Creek Dr. and it should be visible from the Clay Rd./Bear Creed corner.

Looks like a couple of bands of rain are heading through, then it should clear out.

AAAAHHHG!!! My net has been down for a couple of days and it was driving me crazy!


OK, still no hood, the rain spooks me but i think ill be ok, it will be here mon. or tue. the guy lied.

Went to a meet last night and i got rained out, but i hope today is gold, i gotta call a couple of people, get some directions on paper and make sure my phone has a good c harge so i can call Daniel if i have any problems.

I live pretty close to Bear Creek Park and the sun just came out here. The streets will be dry in 1/2 hour. The radar shows all the storms gone by. It will be windy but good enough.
