Never mind on the harness. Found someone who has done this type of swap and can build me a Plug-n-Play harness for about $450.00-500.00. Would be interested in the comp. Is it a 7730 and is it used or rebuilt? LMK

The computer was purchased from Parkway Chevrolet. It is a AC Delco reman 7730 ECM from the dealer. Does not include memcal (we would have to figure out what memcal you need to get in order to use your old style VSS etc..)

He wants $100.00 for the ECM, $375.00 for the harness or $450.00 if you buy the pair together.

I'll take the ECM. LMK when we can get together to do the deal. I also sent you a PM and a e-mail about a VSS. I have the type in the 85 that has an "eye" that reads the speed directly off the speedometer mounted in the rear of the speedometer housing. So if the pic I sent you is the correct one for the swap I'll get one of those also.

does he have the mounting brackets for the megashifter?

Aren't the brackets already attached to shifter (see pic) or am I mistaken?? I can't remember what's all involved in putting it in, I've only installed one and that was YEARS.. ago. If additional mounting tabs are needed, that would be easy to fabricate.

All that I have is what's in the pic.

I do remember that there was a thread to use your stock shifter cable with the megashifter and that mod was supposed to be better than the cable that originally came with the megashifter.... if that helps.

no brackets in the picture... front one is a step down and the rear is a "c" shaped bracket... Regardless I'm going to have to wait... I'm not to that point in the car yet.. Got to get it running first...

check with your bud if he'd take 75 for the mega shifter... doesn't hurt to ask... I'm gunna check some sizes on what i have and let you know about the other parts we discussed ... thanks bro call me or pm me and I'll set up a time ...

He said he allready lowered it to $120.00... which is a pretty fair price, I dont think they make those shifters anymore?

I pretty sure they do since they are still in the jegs racing catalog but you never know... Just a thought though I need to deal with the engine first before thinking about the interior... which reminds me are these the injectors you were telling me about or are they different?

He lowered the price down to $120.00 for the shifter and he said that's the lowest he would go on it.

The injectors are brand new in the box, Ford Racing SVO 24 lb. injectors (set of 8). Jeff is asking $150.00 for the set. If you want those, you might want to hurry, there are two other guys wanting them, but are waiting to gather the cash. I tell everyone first come, first serve to keep it fair.

Does he still hace the wiring harness and whats the lowest he will sell it for

The harness is still available. $350.00 is the asking price.
