'90-'92's have injectors go all the time at a moments notice,
Check them all with an ohm meter, 12-17= good.... any less= bad.

#8 is still working a bit, I can pull the wire from the dist cap and it shakes a little more. I'm hoping maybe Don may have a 19# injector laying around or maybe a lead on one.
In the post on Eng/Tech I mentioned a sulfur smell, I looked under at the cat tonight and it had started to glow red. Time for the dual-cat.

Thanks Don
I talked to Paul (f1ls1), we’re going to get together and work on my car next week. I’d come to you first but your line is too long and my smog & reg is due in a few weeks.
He talked me into a set of low mileage Ford injectors he has reasoning that if one is bad the rest may not be far behind, may as well do all 8 at the same time. Makes sense to me.
So the plan is to do the injectors and then get the dual-cat on.
I’d would like to come by the shop sometime and get the one injector from you to take along in case his don’t work out for some reason, so either way that job is done.

Do you have an AFPR on your car? If not, you may need it with the Ford injectors.
Typically, the Ford injectors are rated at a lower fuel psi than the stock GM injectors. What size Ford inectors are you going with?

If you change to anything other than 19#'s you will need a new chip.
For sure changing one is a bandaid, but what ever lights your need at the moment.

The new injectors have been in for about two weeks now and seems to be doing fine as far as I can tell, I checked a plug and it looked almost brand new clean again.
A new dualcat hanger bracket just arrived so that's the next project.
