cheap upgrades?
i dont have an extensive amout to blow on parts but i need to stop some of that rear wheel hop and some body roll. i was looking for a cheap way to do so for now. eventually i will make real upgrades to all spohn parts or something like that but for now i just need something. i was wondering should i go with upper or lower control arms, new shocks, maybe new springs or should i go for new sways or a wonder bar, maybe a strut tower brace or a panhard bard possibley even sfcs? but i dont know what id get the best results out of. im trying to get better handling and stop rear wheel hop. if nothing is going to do both then i just want to know thet part that will makes the most difference right now. id love to do all of the suspenion at once but i just cant it costs too much.

A wonder bar will not affect either wheel hop, or body roll.
First off, make sure your shocks and struts are in perfect condition. If they're more than about 3 or 4 years old, or have more than 40 or 50k miles on them, they're mostly if not totally worn out. All else is in vain, if those are not as they should be.
Get yourself a set of rear LCA relocation brackets, and maybe a set of LCAs such as the Lakewood ones, for the wheel hop. Primarily the brackets though.
Replace the sway bar end links, all 4 of them. Get poly ones. You can find them hanging on a card in VatoZone, and maybe elsewhere, for about $12-15 a set. You need 2 sets. Take your old ones to the store and match them up to get the right length. That makes an AMAZING difference to body roll.

If you do anything at all to the arms themselves, don't bother futzing with the stock ones. Just replace them. They're cheap. I hav ethe Lakewoods with poly bushings, they work fine, and cost less than $100.
Regardless of what arms you use, you NEED the LCA relocation brackets.
