Re: BMR vs SPOHN (sway bars)
depends on what you're doing with the car. if its a drag setup, either...the rear bar is the same and you don't really need the front bar for going straight.
if its a cruiser, it won't matter.
if you want it to handle, the bigger front bar from spohn will make it "tighter" or tend toward understeer.
save some money and get used stock bars...there's several different sizes and they are all a lot cheaper than going with one of the aftermarket companies.

depending on what you have dont to the car and what you plan to do with it, the rear bar may be too much. The front bar is going to be really heavy.
maybe consider picking up a factory 36mm hollow front bar? quite stiff, usually enough for just about anything you do with the car, a lot lighter than a solid bar, and a fraction of the price!
a 1" solid rear bar is a stock size, you can pick that up used for cheap too.

Re: BMR vs SPOHN (sway bars)
i live in a small town with lots of back roads and twistys,
are u saying that the stock front is stiffer then what im looking at
the car only has a spohn tranny x member with adjustable t/a adjustable p.h.r , trailing arms and eibach pro kit, also have a strut tower brace
need a wonder bar and drop brackets for the trailing arms

People use the Spohn bars, im sure they are good parts, i just saying that you can do pretty well with a 36mm bar, and they are a lot cheaper. Have a 36mm and a 19mm on my 86 and it handles pretty darn well. the 24mm/1" solid hotchkis bar i had was way to stiff for the rear.
Im lookinf for another 36mm bar for my 92, and have my eye on the adjustable hollow 15/16 rear bar that hotchkis has.
