Strange Brake Noise (dying seagull)
When I slowly brake I get this horrible noise from the drivers front brake. It resonates throught the whole car, It is not a squeal, but a groan. The noise was somewhat random untill I changed my pads, now it is anytime I am slowing down at below 20 mph. I is not only horrible annoying but embarrasing also. The car still stops strong and I dont pull to the side at all. Help me out guys, any ideas would be greatly apriciated.

No, I didn't, but would that account for a grinding vibration? The noise is similar to when you are power braking and the car begins to move, but much louder and longer. Sounds like someone is blowing a trumpet off key under my hood. My only guess is that the pins are worn and the pad isnt lining up flat on mild braking and forcing flat under harder braking... does that make since??
