Engine setup (configuration) help

The block is from an 89 police intercepter
stock forged crank, stock rods, forged pistons,
heads stock slight work (new guides and valve job) along with runner work done on all police engines,
Comp Cams cam kit 212/218 @.50 (i think - looking for the cam card),
roller tiped rockers.
think that about cover internals.

Im tring to figure what intake and TBI(dont want anything else)
also dont know what i am going to do about the computer (LO3 88 TA)dont have the option to burn them yet.
Also exhaust header without smog pump?

Intake- I was thinking the holley or edelbrock tbi intake but im not sure if i should go with a single plane with adapter

TBI- stock 350 or 454 or the holley 502-6 (so much money)

Computer- i dont think i can run this on the stock and i dont want to do any damage on startup breakin

exaust- headers ( not sure witch) full 3 in exhaust

this has cost me so much money it isnt funny just dont want a hack job

oh btw i built the engine myself along with the valve job.

any input would be helpful just hit a wall and can't figure out wat i want to
