no matter what i do i cant get this thing to start, Ive changed the plugs and checked im getting a spark, fuel pump is coming on and im getting fuel in the throttle body just replaced the battery to day, no check engine light and still no luck

she turns over but that about it......any help would be much appreciated

UPDATED!!!!!!: well i had my girlfriend in the car and had her crank it a few times so i could get a look at whats going on and its started smoking real bad from the lower engine bay, so i stuck my head down there to see that the starter was shooting sparks everywhere......i thought the starter was acting a bit funny anyway....well if that ant the problem its something that deffinatily needs attention and fixin

Did you check spark at the coil wire or at the spark plug wire?
An overly rich condition might make it not start, hold the throttle open 100% & see if it tries to start. That is a clear flood method. Might have a bad coolant temp sensor or ecm ground.

Spray some carb cleaner in the TB see if it starts.

im getting spark at the plugs and i took the plugs out for a few hours to let any remaining gas in cylinders to dry out and still didnt work
the sensors should be fine as well but imma have them checked just in case.

Definitely get that starter fixed lol. Hopefully that will fix the problem

Yes you gotta get that starter fixed. One of three things. fuel, spark, or compression. Not likely to all of the sudden loose compression unless a timing chain went. it is possible your coolant temperature sensor is bad. making the computer think the car is 1. too cold or 2.too hot then its compensating for that condition and will not start

indeed, once the snow melts again ill be able to replace it and well see what happens
