Magical mysterious code 13 and code 43
Replaced the oxygen sensor two summers ago and keep getting a code 13, And today while datalogging i realized i now had both a code 13 and 43, o2 sensor is staying in open loop, never has closed loop while i have datalogged.
heres a snapshot of the datalog let me know if anyone see's anything weird:

With the number of malfunction codes the ECM is reporting I'd go right for the ECM harness grounds. These are the ones attached to the engine.
Also need to check the battery ground cable to the block, along with body to engine and battery grounds.

Your TPS setting is a little high also.. Not outragious though. I have seen some people set their at 1.54 for their Low Voltage at idle and I don't understand why. I think it should be around .54 to 5.0 if I not mistaken.. I think RBob is correct..

Where exactly would the grounds be? And what exactly should I be looking for when inspecting the grounds?

Bolted to the back of the passenger side cylinder head. There may be another on the drivers side head, not sure. Make sure that the bolt(s) is tight, and that the wires aren't frayed or broken at the ring lug crimp.
Looking at the ALDL list again, are all those codes in error, or just the one that has the word 'error' next to it? Code 13 is a dead O2 sensor. IOW, the voltage isn't moving, could be from a bad O2 sensor, bad ground for sensor, or it is unplugged.

just code 13 has an error, I'll check the o2 connection, and grounds, the sensor has less than 1,000 miles on it, no way it is faulty,

you can watch o2 movement when warm on a vom I prefur a analog meter. The o2 can be bad you shouldn't be so fast to rule it out. But like rbob stated the o2 ground from the ecm is a common failure point. There should be a secondary body ground strap on the stud as well that some people toss.
