How much power gain with timing?

Dose anyone have an estimate on how much power can be gained by advancing the timing? I'm running a L03 and I'm just wondering if it worth the time, trouble and premium gas to advance the timing from it current stock position.

Thanks,

If your timing is already at it's optimum setting, you will loose power. It's not a matter of more timing will give you more power. It can in some case be worth a few HP if you play with the timing.

You'd probably gain more by playing with the valve timing, but if you're going in that far, you might as well have a new wobble stick on hand to slide in there and eliminte the issue.
