finishing an engine, q about TDC
The engine is an L98 block that has been rebuilt with new rods, other junk. Anywho, when I add the heads and exc.. do I need to worry about it being at TDC? If so how can I tell if it is, and if not how do I set it?(ps no cam, no heads, no dist, on it......yet
