can driving with TV cable disconected hurt anything??
i know it's not good, haha, but the damage has been done....or has it??
i forgot to reattatch my TV cable to the butterfly, and proceeded to drive like that for a bit. surprisingly, when it was warm, and in the upper gears, it drove quite fine...i'm not sure why/how. anyways, that's not the point.
what i want to know, is what kind of damage, if any, would you expect i might have caused by driving with the TV cable unattatched??

driving a car with a 700R4/4L60 trans with the tv cable disconnected can kill it within a few miles pretty easily.

yeah the tv cable is very important as you need line pressure... without it you can fry your trans pretty easily... pull your dipstick out and see if your fluid is still red, cross your fingers and hook it back up!
