Can I use my AC condenser as a tranny cooler?
Can I? Anyone kind enough to tell me what I need to do?

Car: 1984 Chevy Camaro
Engine: Built L98
Transmission: T-56 6 speed
Yeah you can. It wont be that hard. Just run the hoses like a normal trans cooler but to the condensor. Anyways I don't know if it would be that good. It might restrict some pressure. Might make you go slower. But it would definetly cool way better. But I think you would need about 11 or more extra quarts of oil

Do you disconnect the tranny lines going to the radiator and poke them into the condenser or do you run them in series?

hrmm never thought of this one, although i wouldnt reccomend it without checking and being 100% sure, but i think it would restrict too much flow, and wind up starving your tranny...

Axle/Gears: 3.73 Moser 12-bolt
Do yourself a favor and buy a B&M supercooler. You'll improve the cooling of the radiator, lose weight from the front end, and have less pressure drop on the transmission line circuit.
