What you heat range plug's are you guy's running?

What you heat range plug's are you guy's running?

I am runnig rapid fires I think number 2's, could you tell me what heat range they are? and I am also wondering what you guy's are running. And also could the wrong heat range make you pop thought the exaust on decell?What motor do you have?

I was running regular AC Delco R43TS's but I think they were a too little cold so now I put some R45TS's in.

- 355 with ported World S/R Torquer Heads, 214*/224* .471/.496 lift cam, Crane 1.6 Full Roller Rockers, 2500 non-lockup stall converter, Holley 750 carb, Edelbrock Performer intake, Hedman headers with custom 3" Flowmaster exhaust, Lakewood LCAs, Powertrax Locker with 3.23 gears.

I am running AC Declo R43TS's....

I was running 45's but now have 44's cause i was getting bad detonation...figured maybe goin a little colder would help...
