New cam didnt come with Lube? Y?

No special break-in lube required on a roller...
I wash the cam with spray carb cleaner, use a thin smear of white lithium grease, flush the lifters in lacquer thinner, then soak them in oil.

Thats right, no lube requiered for hydraulic roller cams. I just coverd the lobes and such with some oil and slid it right in!

i do like rb and clean it with brake clean but i use moly lube. i know i don't need to but it doesn't hurt and it makes me feel a lot better. if you want to go with regular assembly lube lubriplate 105 is very good stuff and is easy to find in most parts stores and industrial supplies.
