What kind of email address? Is it a blahblah@aol.com or something like that or is it from another site that gives you accounts?

I had a similar problem. I tried to join about a week ago and got a message that they weren't accepting new members. ??? Then the other day it acted like it was gonna let me join, but then some error message came up. I don't remember what it said, but it wasn't pertaining to my email. Dunno what the deal is...

A note to the moderators: I think it would be rather unjust to lock this thread since we are honestly trying to post non-tech in the non-tech section.

It might be... It could be... Get ready... Here we go...

O.K., I won't lock it.

I know that some message boards do not accept hotmail accounts (MicroSoft EATS it again - HA! HA!) Far too many people get hotmail accounts to be tracked successfully. The accounts tend to go out of service quickly, and are prone to spamming and abuse. You can thank Mr. Gates' "ultimate wisdom" and ambition for wanting to control the Internet for that. It's a damned good thing that MicroSoft isn't involved in commercial air travel, or there would be no safe flying - they'd find a way to screw that up, too. You can't just reboot at 35,000 feet...

Use a different email account and try it again, or email the Administrator at NEThirdGen.org for instructions.

Honestly guys/girls not too many sites are going to let you use hotmail type email accounts. Due to security reasons and other such things that we don't need to get into. I would just use my "home" email address that was given to me by the ISP.

I'm sure they get snow all the time up there, and when that happens they just cake the streets with salt, which is not good for cars. I just started college in the mts. and it snows a lot of up here, I won't be driving my car when that happens, I'll just bum a ride from someone. Imagine what that salt does to the underbody of the car and the paint. Besides the fact that our cars don't handle well in the rain much less the snow, or at least mine anyways. I wish I had a POS car to drive during the winter.

I've got a hotmail account for my address there, so I dunno.

Email the webmaster at macgyver@nethirdgen.org and let him know you're having problems...
