Did I get the right gasket?
When I placed my vortec head/tpi base order with soggin dickey I asked for head gaskets and didn't think twice. I don't know anything about these so please help me out. Here is what I got GM performance parts #10185054

This is for a stock L98 with vortec heads. Should I send these back and ask for some thinner fel-pros? Thanks!!

If your car has a 350, you'll probably like the extra chamber volume to lower the comression. I got my Vortecs from SDPC, and I've been real happy. One thing is the rocker arms: make sure you have self-aligning, or use pushrod guideplates. Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.

Mods include a 4bolt 350 with 280*, .460 lift cam, Vortec heads, Comp Cams roller tip rockers, Edelbrock TES headers, no other exhaust . Also, rusted parts on all 4 corners, and crumpled fenders, thanks to the previous owner.
