Transmission: T-56
LT1/3rdgen spark plug changing
Ok, Ive got an lt1 in my 87 z28... I changed the drivers side plugs (which took like an hour) it was a big pita but its done. I need other 3rdgen/lt1 guys to chime in... how did you do your passenger side... i can see no way other than to start taking a ton of stuff off...if any of you lt1 guys have advice, now is the time

I know you said you were done, but the easiest way I found was to actually go in from UNDER the car. Keep that in mind for next time.

I can get to all of mine from the top. I grinded down a spark plug socket and it works really well with a 3/4" rachet-wrench for getting into those hard to reach places.

I have one of those go thru sockets that i used, its about an inch long total.. its perfect for this... drivers side all from the top, passenger side 1 from the top, 3 from the bottom.
