these springs are good to 525" of lift if i wanted to run a bigger cam
would LT4 springs and retainers work with out hitting the vavle seals on a cam just under 525"? also with LT4 locks reainers and springs. do i need shims? if so what size? thanks guys

Nope, still have to do machine work. The only way to get more lift without machining is to use .050" offset locks, and then use .050" shims to get your installed height back up to where it needs to be. I don't recomend this unless you take your time and double check your clearances and installed heights to make sure that everything is ok.

you shouldnt need shims with stock retainers and locks. although those springs might come with a different recommended install height so double check that.
