Holly Carb not pumping Fuel

Holly Carb not pumping Fuel
Hi All,
Quick question. As you all know I replaced my stock carb and intake with Edelbrock parts.Yesterday I removed the edelbrock carb and put on my older Holly carb.Car cranks ,but no start.Fuel is getting into carb, but carb isnt doing its job making the car start.Any ideas what would cause the
carb not to make the fuel not pump.

Re: Holly Carb not pumping Fuel
Just take carb cleaner and spray it in every passage way. Your jets may be clogged too. If it's not pumping, you may have a cracked diaphragm on the accelerator pump. Pull it off and inspect it

Not really.I have been playing around wit idle and mixture this morning.I am almost there.
I just posted a new thread about my temp gauge not working.I had originally installed a edelbrock carb( i couldnt use it cause i dont have the mechanical advance dist) so i took it off.It was working when that was installed.I saw my gauge move.I have the cccarb on the camaro.I just noticed this morning that when i remove the sending unit,my rpms shoot up.any ideas?
