3 prong, two red wire connector by battery

I have a 3 prong femail connector with 2 red wires that are running to it right by my battery tray and I cannot determine what it plugs into. Does anyone have any idea? I am pretty sure it is not the cruise control or windshield washer pump.

Thanks for the help!

Battery cable should have a matching connector on it
