Block Bore

what is the average cost for getting a block bored .030? I went to "the cheapest place" and they told me that they wanted $300 and that seems like a lot to me but im not sure, i and just wondering what you guys have payed to get your block bored. thanks Ty.

i dont think you want to go with the cheapest place think about cheap money cheap work= more money out your pocket to get it replaced or fixed

If that includes a hone thats in the neighborhood of about right. If the block is a good one off the bat you may not even need any other work done to it.

I think my shop it was $25 a hole + 10 for a hone. Around $250 or so.
