One working Injector question...t.b.i.
My 305 tbi has been running like crap the last week or so...I am doing a complete tuneup and noticed one injector not firing while idling. At idle the driver side injector emits no gas. It does shoot a bit on start up but after that nothing.
Do I just change the injector since I am getting electrical power to the injector on start up?
Oh yeah it's doing it on my 92 RS...

Do more testing before switching the injector. Look up the test procedure, you may have a bad wire or it could lie in the comp. It may just be a stuck injector. You could swap the 2 injectors and see if it stays on the same side.

I could not find the testing procedures other than the ohms test. I don't have an ohms tester. Is there another route or way of testing?

Another test is to use a noid light for the connector. Disconnect the injector, Connect the noid to the injector electrical connector one at a time. Crank the engine, watch the light flash, it should flash the same on both connectors. This makes sure you are getting correct voltage signal to injector. You should try to do the ohm test or swap injectors.
