Will the stock computer and injectors handle it?
Comes with 10:1 cr pistons not sure what head gasket thickness to use

No offense, but you are showing your newb-ness.
Buying a stroker kit is NOT the place to start.
Start with all the basic bolt ons, like exhaust, rear gears, pulleys and air cleaner mods. Then advance to the cam and heads. This'll get you to 300 horses.
And then, when you have all of that behind you, then you're ready to find a 350 to swap in. It's cheaper and more powerful than stroking a 305.
Welcome to our world.

Even with the stroker kit you'll have to tune the PROM. There is no getting around it unless you go with a carb. As others have said, stroking the 305 is not the way to go. The stroker kit is expensive and by the time all the machine work is done and you've thrown a cam and heads on there you will be looking at just as much cost, if not more so for less power than you could have had with a 350 swap.
I'd advise what Atilla has advised. Get the car ready to make more power. Do the little things. Work on your suspension. When you are ready swap that 305 for a 350. (I'd ditch TBI in favor of anything else, but that's just me.)

Re: How much power can you make the 305 tbi stock 170hp if you stroke it to 335cubic
The theoretical maximum I've produced with LO3 (305 TBI) heads in a computer simulation is 370-380 hp. That particular engine involved a rebuild with ARP bolts and flat top pistons, a thin HG for a beefy 10.2:1 CR, long tube headers, a multiport EFI intake like a Holley Stealth Ram, and a LT4 Hot Cam.
If you were to stroke that engine you'd get more torque and move the peak HP down as the heads simply won't flow anymore air. You'd get a similar result stroking an otherwise stock 305 TBI, you'll still have 170 hp, but it will peak sooner and you'll have more torque. The bottle neck is not the displacement. The engine can pack a lot more air into those cylinders than it currently is.

Another thing we should mention is that once you get a 305 to 10.5:1 +compression with a cam over .500 lift/3500 stall ect. it becomes a lot less "streetable".I have my 305 built identical to the one that hot rod magazine did in their Deadly lessons series. It loves to throw fan belts over 6000rpm,is always fouling plugs, hard on Alternaters/starters and batteries and needs constant tuning...it is more of a strip than street car...something to keep in mind if your going to build a 305.

You need a new crank and pistons so it will cost as much to stroke a 305 ( probably more because few do it and parts more expensive ) as it does a 350 so why wouldn't you have 383 ci?

If all you do is add 30 CI and a point of compression you will probably not increase your beyond 200 HP. It will require reprogramming the ECM but there are plenty of places offering that service. You would be better off looking at other options especially if your engine does not need a rebuild.
