oil leak from near oil filter.

Engine: 305 tpi
Transmission: Auto matic
Axle/Gears: 3.73
oil leak from near oil filter.


It appears to be a threaded hole with no bolt in it that's causing a slow oil leak.

oil leak from open hole right above oil filter.

Nothing missing from the hole, and the leak is above that even. More likely the valve cover since the whole head is wet

My guess is that it is coming from the back corner of the valve covers. Run an inspection mirror along the edge of the cover. You should be able to spot where it is seeping out.
