the time is almost here,lil info needed
well as u all no winter is on the way and that means snow, problem with that is i have to drive my z28 in the winter> its kool though because its going in the shop to get painted next spring.
what i am gunna do is put really skinney and tall tires on so i can get through the snow. i have 15" z28 rimz what size tires do i get to make my car plow though the snow. i wanna get her as high off the ground as possible and skinny as possible.

get some actual snow tires. a 205/75/15 or something in that range would likely work alright.

I ran 225/60R15 Blizzacks all the way around on our old 83 Z28 and it worked great, we found the 70 series hit our wheel well when turning.

excellent point.
icebird, you may want to go with a shorter tire in the front so it doesnt rub. by the way, the tires hawk mentioned are 25.6 inches tall. the ones i mentioned are 27.1 inches tall.

You probably already know this but throw a couple of 80lb. bags of sand in the trunk - helps a good bit.

I had Kumho 215/65/15 's on mine and work excellent !!!
It's too bad i just sold mine last week for $480 rims& tires used for 1 season .
These tires are less $$ than Blizzacks and work the same .
