how much power can i get???
im replacing my 305 with a 350 and useing the same tpi and intake.. i already have a fuel reg. and i will get a chip for the computer and maybe slp runners for the tpi. what kinda power you think i can get out of the stock tpi with a build 350?

20 horsepower ? It really depends on what cam and heads you're going with. Don't even think about reusing the stock 305 cam and/or heads.

Don't use the 305 heads or cam you will choke the motor. I have heard of people running low 13's high 12's with the factory intake. However the factory base plate is the biggest restriction on the TPI motors. I would try to find an edelbrock or TPIS intake if you can afford it.

The only thing im using from the orginal engine is the tpi. theres no way i would use the same cam or heads. im probably going to run vortech heads.
