Plugging the Cold Start injector??
I've got an 88 TPI setup for a street rod and I'm going to use a painless harness and a 1227730 to run it in speed density. I need to plug off the cold start injector at the back and at the runner. I heard Accel makes a plug set, but I couldn't find anything on the Mr. Gasket web site or in their .PDF catalog. Any thoughts?

If my catalog is still any good...
The PN is 74820
The painless harness should be ok for what you are doing. People run into headaches with that harness trying to adapt it into the stock underdash harness, but it looks like you wont have one of those

I bought the runner plug, and the fuel rail plug for mine from street and performance. I have a working 1227730 ECM for sale if you still need one, email me for details.

I plugged my cold start injector in the manifold with three nickels (15 cents) and sensor safe silicone sealant.
I cut off the injector fuel tubing, unscrewed if from the fuel rail and screwed a small screw into the hole that allows fuel to enter the tube. Then I screwed the fitting back into the fuel rail.
Leak free, trouble free, Cost - Fifteen cents.
Just interested, what does the kit cost?
