z28 running rough, 2,4,6,8 plugs fouled out 1,3,5,7 fine TPI problems please help

my z is skipping and running like crap, changed fuel fiter,plus,cap and rotor ,tested with scanner code 13 changed o2 sensor nothing changed, unplugged tps and Iac at seperate times no change whatsoever,unplugged map sensor it works because it made a differance but nothing that fixed my problem, checked plugs the 1,3,5,and 7 were fine ,but the 2,4,6,8 plugs wher sutted up and black as night could it be too much fuel on that side,tps,IAC,or what I'm stumped ran a compression test 200psi in all 8 cylinders, any takers on this here mission or quest please help me you can even call me 912-467-6152 or text me or just message me with a answer or a tip on what I should do, it runs and feels like its running off 4 cylinders idles ok in park and nuetral,but put it in reverse or drive and wants to skip and sputter more and starts to stall out I had to manually give it gas to keep it running and it has no power well the same as a 4 cylinder right now but I'm pretty intelligent just not enough on this problem, so please let me know something asap thanks guys

Are you sure the distributor is aligned correctly and not out of phase? Did you cross up the plug wires to the wrong cylinder on the dizzy, or plugs?

The firing order for our cars is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. Don't ask me how I know!

Make sure you have the #1 plug wire on the right point on the dizzy, and then follow that order in clockwise order to make sure they are in the right firing order.

Firing order is correct,Its getting fire to all 8 cylinders, either too much fuel or not enough, i'm not sure plugs on passenger side are all black and on driverside they are white like they are still new so any suggestions anyone thanks
