TPI Vacuum Line Orientation?
Does it go above the fuel rail or below it? It's a little deceptive to me as I'm finalizing the fuel rail assembly.
One booted end near the center of this pic belongs to a plenum port I believe?
The other end nearest the #1 injector cracked off and I'm wondering where that actually goes...

Re: TPI Vacuum Line Orientation?
Awesome! This may help me out actually. It's dark out and the Trick Or Treaters are preventing me from finishing this vacuum line job...
I will most likely attack this vacuum routing very soon and will give ya a shout & post more pics if I run into problems. I know there are 2 broken lines I must fix in order to save myself a headache after firing this 305 up!
Btw... I figured out the single booted end in my pic belongs to the EGR valve. Thanks to your thread and very much appreciated!

Hey i know this post is a lil old but yes. its Positive crank case vent. its supposed to push the air out or it would build up pressure.

Re: TPI Vacuum Line Orientation?
Hi I have a 88 GTA A friend took everything off my motor. So he forgot how to put it back and has now died. I have no clue how to put it back together. I had on mechanic look at it and said there is no direction on where things go and he doesnt want to attempt it. I am screwed. I need some sore of diagrams that will show where thing go and connect to what. Is there anyone that can send me pictures of where wires go vaccume lines and hoses etc. I would be greatfully appreciate this. I would like to get it running. This car has never seen winter of course but it hasnt seen summer for the past 5 years.
