TPI Vacuum Line Orientation?

Does it go above the fuel rail or below it? It's a little deceptive to me as I'm finalizing the fuel rail assembly.

One booted end near the center of this pic belongs to a plenum port I believe?

The other end nearest the #1 injector cracked off and I'm wondering where that actually goes...

Re: TPI Vacuum Line Orientation?

Awesome! This may help me out actually. It's dark out and the Trick Or Treaters are preventing me from finishing this vacuum line job...

I will most likely attack this vacuum routing very soon and will give ya a shout & post more pics if I run into problems. I know there are 2 broken lines I must fix in order to save myself a headache after firing this 305 up!

Btw... I figured out the single booted end in my pic belongs to the EGR valve. Thanks to your thread and very much appreciated!

Re: TPI Vacuum Line Orientation?

question for you guys, where the pcv valve hose connects to the intake manifold on drivers side, im not getting any vacuum there, it actually pushes air out from that port. does urs do the same or no? any ideas why mine does this?

Re: TPI Vacuum Line Orientation?

Hey i know this post is a lil old but yes. its Positive crank case vent. its supposed to push the air out or it would build up pressure.
