Engine: LG4
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.70 Posi disc 9 bolt
Governor Gear removal....
I read what everyone posted on the GG removal but had no pictures to steer me. Here's a few from my old tranny.

I had just changed it about 5K ago, before leaving San Diego. I guess with the tranny imploding, it changed it to a darker color.

And Also if your Transmission is not shifting you may want to check that Gear out also.. Remove Pin and remove Gear.. I believe the proper Gov. is important to the 700r4's potential.. If you have or had your trans built you would want to start off with a No Tab Gov. Esp if you have gears.. And if you have really Jacked up the pressure This Gov and correct spring rate will work Best.. I'll try to get some pictures of a No Tab Governor that has been Modified..
