Car: '87 IROC-Z/'82 RX7
Engine: SBC 355/1.1L Rotary
Transmission: T56/5 Speed
Axle/Gears: 4.33/3.93
What parts will last in a 10 bolt? See in side
1987 7.5-7.5/8" 10bolt:
~Summit Racing Aluminum Preload Support Girdle
~Eaton Posi
~Richmond 3.73 Gears
~Solid Pinion Crush Sleeve
~Stock Style Bearings
~Stock Bolts/Carrier Caps
~Stock Axles
1. 320+ Rear Wheel Horse Power Engine
1. T56 with Spec 3 Clutch
1. Set of M/T Drag Radials
Launch the 3rd time at 4000RPM and break what?
Splines on the eaton are fine,
Gears are fine.
Get a new axle, clean out the debris, put new carrier bearings on just to be safe, and be back on my way.
