Small wire connector near relay's on driver side firewall?

Where does that small connector wire on the drivers side firewall go near the 3 relays?

Digital cam is broke, damn, its the only small wire coming from the big peice that the 3 relays come from, it should be very close to the relays.

In fact, should be a very skinny connector.

Somewhere under the hood, you will have a gray wire, thats laying loose. It is a fuel pump prime for when gm techs have to work on your engine.

Since we're talking about weird parts, I got one for ya. What is the (for lack of a better term) thing mounted to the strut tower behind the battery? It's got hoses coming out of it and a cable that connects it to the throttlebody. I have also noticed that it's connector just slides in the groove on tht TB. When I moved it, it pushed down on the side facing the driver. Is it suppesed to just slide or is it supposed to work? (need a pic, let me know! It's 10am and I'm still in my PJ's!)
