helluva lot more than that? hows ur tune? was the 80 miles the round trip, or was it 80 one way, and 80 back. 20 gallons of gas for eighty miles is like 4 miles to the gallon, so hopefully you can find the extra two cylinders under your hood and the supercharger ontop of that hemi block. OR you're driving a hummer. My car used to get about 25 mpg before ignition replacements, full tune up, and fixing the torque convertor clutch selenoid, now im in the low 30's once i get on the highway.

how heavy is your foot? do ya get on it a lot? That will make a huge difference on gas mileage in these cars even on the highway.

He didn't say he filled up twice so maybe he assume he has a 20gal tank?

Probably leaking gas somewhere, fuel return line would be my first check.

Has to be leaking. No way the engine could run good and eat that much gas. Might only leak while moving also. Gas leaks are funny like that.

had a pinkie size hole in the fuel line of my wagon. Still ran ok.
But gas leaked like a sive. Probably was leaking like that for over a year and I never noticed it.

on camaros the fuel lines are pretty easy to spot, just look under the car (you're gonna have to lift it up most likely, at least on ramps) by the rear left wheel for the fuel filter (pretty obvious, only fairly large thing in that area) Then follow that line either way. Cant remember if there's a second one tho, Id have to look.

I think there's actually 4 fuel lines. Fuel to engine, I think a vent, a return, and something else....
