I got another fuel pressure test done and it said 10 PSI. This will be my third fuel pump and strainer on the car. I don't know what do with it.

I had similar symptoms on my '92 3.1. It was the fuel pressure regulator. It is a small part, but costs $70-$80. I found the best price at Rock Auto. However, a clogged up fuel filter can also reduce fuel pressure. If your filter is fairly new, then I'd try replacing the FPR.
Good luck. Hope you get it running soon.

Another thing to check is your return line. I was having a vapor lock like issue after driving my car for 20+ if my car got below half a tank because my return line was clogged and wasn't cooling the pump and it eventually killed my pump.

Bro. also. I went through this same **** with 7 pumps. Make sure. MAKE SURE THE PUMP IS RATED AT LEAST 35 psi. I had napa give me 6 pumps all for the v8s even though I told them v6 and confirmed my vin. Morons forreal. But it happens. just double check it.

I vote for the Fuel Pressure Regulator.. Your pressure should be closer to 40psi on the V6. But, check your tank. If the fuel tank vent valve (not the one on the fuel canister, the one back in front of the differential) is plugged in might not allow air into the tank when the fuel pump runs. That would tend to create suction pressure in the tank working against the fuel pump..
