Especially easy since only one of our guys has posted slips proving it. Best I got out of mine was a 17.021 w/ minor mods including exhaust/chip.
The guy who ran a 16.0 had headers, chip, cam, and lots of other lil stuff.

With a hypertech thermo-chip, K&N CAI, Jet pulleys, MSD 6A ignition with coil/wires and a dynomax cat-back I ran:
Reaction:.631
1;2.427
2;
3;10.441
MPH(13)67.302
4;
E.T.16.268
MPH;84.330
That is what my slip says as of 8/24/01
Now I have Crane Compucam(need fix), 1.52 roller rocker, custom programming by Ed Wright, Ported Intake, TB, HookerSuperComp Headers, Dynomax Cat and 19lb injectors. I know I'll be running atleast mid 15's. I will have the fasted V6 on this board I hope.

I'm using the ones they sell on there web site. www.jetchip.com I might be selling them when I get it out of storage.
RPS, those people have those pieces of crap Cavaliers, and all that other girly sh@t. I'd rather run 20's in a berlinetta than own one of those cars they have on that sight.

In real life, I can run the 1/4 faster than I can drive it.
But luckily, I don't think it's all about fast. Nothing against the drag racers, but have any of you ever tried racing with turns? The SCCA has chapters all over with everything from "parking lot gymkhana's" to timed runs on professional courses.
Just a suggestion.

Wayne, I have the alternator and the crank pulley they costed me around 80 the belt is hard to find I still have the part number for mine. The pulleys make the lights go dim at night when your at a stop light and the battery amps go down when your at a stop espessialy when it is raining. I wish they didn't do that.

Jaren, FYI...I am running ASP underdrive pulleys. One on the crank and one on the alternator and I have the same symptoms with the lights dimming at night and the volts dropping at idle, but there is definately no ill effects on performance. Plus, I have a new alternator and it has about 25,000 miles on it all with the alternator underive pulley on it. So its not something I am worried about. BUT if someday I wanted to add an amp and a sub i would definately think about adding a larger alternator, or removing the pulley. Just FYI.

I know before my double roller I ran something like 16.02something.. I know once I toss the headers on and do my suspension mods I will be in the 15’s.. My goal is to run 14.99 with the old beast. I would like to do it on the motor, but I am getting lazy and well the money is there for nitrous.
