will these rims fit on my car?!?!?!?!?
ok guys. so i got a set of lorinser rims off of a friend of mine for 50 bucks (theyre worth around 1400). they are lorinser 3 piece racing rims are are very cool looking. but i need to know if they will work with an iroc. they are originally meant for a mercedes benz BUT, have had other holes put in to fit the camaro bolt pattern (he had them on a 4th gen). here are the specs.
Rim diameter: 16
rim width: 8
offset: 35
will these things fit in that body with little or no rubbing? will they fit in there at all? any help would be nice. thanks. I attached pics as well.

With the right sized spacers, yes. Look for a wheel with close to the same offset as yours.

If the bolt pattern is right, you would need something around a 35mm spacer to get the wheel back to zero offset, which is what you want for the 3rd gen.

Re: will these rims fit on my car?!?!?!?!?
I had a question too. I am looking at new rims for my 1992 Firebird. The rims are 18x8.5 in the front and 18x9.5 in the back with an offset of 40. If I did get these do you know would they rub on the fenders or anything? I would get 275 on the back and 215 in the front. I have to get 1.5 in spacers for the front and 1 in spacers for the back to even out the offset but I just don't want to buy the rims and then the tires and the tires rub on the fenders when I turn or rub on the rear. Please just let me know what you think

ive heard bad things about wheel spacers. and im deffinately going to race my car. so i would need an option that is durable, reliable, and works good. and i just dont know if spacers will handle the stress. are there any other options? i really want these rims on my car.

and these for sure wont mess up or fall off? im very worried about using spacers. they will be taking a beating. hard cornering. high speeds. the works.

Not sure of racing sanctioning bodies rules regarding wheel adapters but I know that I would never use them for autocross or road racing because of the lateral g-loads in cornering nor would I use them on the rear in drag racing because of the g-loads in launches.
