valvoline max life oil
hey i saw the commercial about this. it showed a guy working on his 89 RS camaro and his wife is trying to sell it and stuff.
But it says this stuff is susposed to slow down and even stop valve guide leaks.
now my car has leaking valve guides so i am curious if this could actually work. i dont know. but it sounds like it could.
any info helps thanks..
and if not how to do fix leaky valve guides?

Car: '89 Formula
Engine: 355 TPI
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 3.70 9 bolt.
No kinda oil will fix the mess that the stock valve seals become after this long. They're dried out, cracked, broken, and laying in pieces around the valve springs.
I'm trying to find the link to the best damn garage on the net - can't find it at the moment - he should have an article on fixing them. $20 for seals, oil change, tools... and a couple afternoons.
