Does it calculate VE, and have stock third gen head and cam specs like the L03, LG4, L98, etc?

It has them for the L98 and LG4, plus about 100 other factory and aftermarket. You can also just add any flow data you have for ported heads. It will do VE, fuel and spark calculations...the EAPro does all this
