not so much the shipping im worried about.. its the taxes.. so if theres any place closer id love to know about it

Sorry Apeiron, you didn't mention the shipping, it was someone else. But as you pointed out, you're paying the taxes regardless. The shipping, handling, duty, etc. is the ugly part, not the 13% here in Ontario (not like it's good but...)
