Well it's not speculation anymore..RaceNet One IS a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM www.racenetone.com, www.ftforce.com, www.classicspeedshop.com, www.r-tuning.com, or www.civicparts.com . All these sites are owned by "RaceNet One" and it is a scam business.

I ordered a hood through them last week, and wrote two emails without replies. I emailed them a third time a couple days ago and the mail got sent back to me, saying that the email address was no longer valid so the mail couldn't be sent there. I then called all four numbers I found on RaceNet One's sites, and none of them worked. They said that the number had been disconnected.

Today I got in touch with ASCD to find out if RaceNet One had put in my order there for the hood. The guy wrote me back saying:

We have been trying to get in contact with him for about 3 weeks now. He has taken money from customers and does not finish the order with us. I have e mailed, phoned and left some hell raising messages. If you ordered by credit card you need phone your bank and stop payment and also to report him as fraud.. I have been trying like I said to get our products off of his sites he has three different ones. Stop payment on your charge card ASAP. He is no good. Sincerely, (name ommitted)

So pass the word along, let people know to stay away from this company.

Moderators...if possible, could you post this as a sticky for a couple of days so everybody will get a chance to see it? I'm still so ticked at getting scammed out of $450. Maybe even pass it along to the other boards so every on TGO can hear about this. Thanks.

you can go to internic.net or .com (can't remember which) do a domain look up to see who the registrar was

then go to registars site and do the same thing (domain look up) and you can get some info
